Chinese equity markets extended losses for a fourth day Thursday, with the country's key stock index dipping below 2,300 points for the first time in nearly two months. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index closed at 2,293.13, down 16.42 points, or 0.71 percent. The Shenzhen Component Index edged down 57.34 points, or 0.58 percent, to close at 9,755.64.
