Introduction

The play centers on Duck Macatarsney, a feisty 16 year-old who cares for her biker dad whose multiple sclerosis is getting increasingly bad. As is the nature of farces, the action is fast and furious but the work is beautifully observed, cleverly constructed and immensely enjoyable. It is new writing interspersed with song and a strong central character that young audiences will identify with.
