In Britain, a chain of gyms is trading its spinning bikes for beds to attract tired parents for a new class it’s dubbing “napercise.”

It is a class where instead of working up a sweat you climb into a comfortable bed and sleep for the entire 45 minutes.
在睡眠課程中,你無需大汗淋漓,只需要爬上舒服的床,睡上45分鐘。
The classes, offered by David Lloyd Clubs, will not only help moms and dads catch some zzz’s — they’ll also help them burn calories with cold studio temperatures.
David Lloyd健身俱樂部推出的睡眠課程不僅能幫助父母們補覺,由于室內(nèi)溫度較低,這一課程還能幫助他們消耗卡路里。
The thermostat will be turned down, and relaxing music will play over the sound system to create the perfect environment for catching Zs.
健身房室內(nèi)溫度會調(diào)低,還會播放輕松舒緩的音樂,來為睡眠營造完美氣氛。
The idea came about after a David Lloyds Clubs survey found that 86% of parents struggle with fatigue, and 26% generally get less than five hours of sleep a night. Napercise was born to help “exhausted mums and dads boost their mental and physical wellbeing," the company said in a press release.
David Lloyds的調(diào)查稱,86%的父母感到疲憊,26%的父母經(jīng)常一晚睡不夠5小時,于是他們想到這個主意。公司表示,睡眠課程是為了幫助“疲憊的父母提高精神和身體狀態(tài)”。
